If there is a better city in which to live when we are deaf, it's Toulouse ! For several years, every thing is done to help deaf people to settle in the life of the city. The city created the first bilingual schools and dedicated places are opening everywhere. Through daily life of young deaf comedians, we'll discover a restaurant, a library held by deaf people, a hospital with a dedicated accepting unit, but especially a theatre school recently opened which will be the common thread of the documentary.
